No matter how many floor plans you look at, nothing compares to walking through the door. Feeling the floor beneath your feet, stepping onto the terrace, looking into the kitchen and sensing that hard-to-explain feeling: that you could simply live here. That is what our show home is for.
It is a faithful reproduction of an apartment, finished and furnished just like the one you will receive. The way to stop imagining your new home and start feeling it.
Come with one idea in mind: to compare. Look at what any other developer hands over, then come and open our wardrobes, the kitchen and the drawers, and count what is missing. We can tell you the ending already: nothing is missing in this apartment. Furniture, appliances, blinds, tableware and even the hairdryer are already inside. This is how they are handed over as standard in some developments and with the Plus finish in others.
Everything you need to see before you decide
- The finishes, for real. You touch the materials, the kitchen and the floors. Exactly what is handed over, with no surprises on the day you get the keys.
- Clear measurements. You can check that your sofa, your bed and your loved ones fit with room to spare.
- Your questions answered. You sit down with someone who listens and guides you, without selling you anything.
- An easier decision. You leave truly knowing what your life by the sea will be like.
