Magic World, the former Marina d'Or in Oropesa del Mar, has several water parks and theme parks. This guide answers what people search for most: what happened to Magic Land Park, what the Polynesia water park is like and when each park opens in 2026. The data comes from the official Magic World website, checked on 10 October 2026.
Magic Land Park is now Magic Dinoland
Magic Land Park is no longer called that. The official site presents Magic Dinoland, a park in the same place where Magic Land used to be, rebuilt as a Jurassic containment centre: more than 30 life-size animatronic dinosaurs and 8 trials to become a Ranger.
- Who it is for: the whole family, with trials adapted for the youngest. The website sets no minimum age.
- Tickets: general admission includes the route. Rides run on tokens, so you pay only for the ones you use.
- Rides: those listed on the website include the Giroesferas, the Rapid Drop, the Bumpers and the Apex.
When it opens: the park page on the official site gives no dates, and the official 2026 calendar warned that its opening was pending confirmation because of the works. Before you go, check the weekly hours on the Magic World website.
Polynesia water park: rides, ages and season
Polynesia is the resort's main water park, with slides and pools for all ages. According to the official website:
- The youngest: Canal Play and Froggy pool (ages 2 to 5), Splash Zone (ages 2 to 8) and Oasis Playground (ages 3 to 5).
- From 110 cm: Fast Track, Torbellino, the lazy river (rafts for 4 people) and Play Pool.
- For the whole family: The beach pool, SuperCubo and The Bridge.
- Pirate Ship: for children up to 110 cm.
It is a summer park: in the 2026 calendar it opens only in high season, from 19 June to 5 September, daily. You can bring food and drink, but not bottles or glass items.
Magic Sports and Magic Splash Adventure: the water parks open more months
Magic Sports Waterpark. The slide park, inside the Magic Sports 4* hotel. Visitors who are not staying there can buy a day pass. It opens daily from 27 March to 3 November 2026 and, in the week of 5 October, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Magic Splash Adventure. A pool area with a snack bar and a water park, opposite the Magic Games 4* hotel. It also has a day pass for visitors who are not staying, and it opens daily on the same dates, 27 March to 3 November 2026, from 11:00.

Magic Dinoland opens daily in high season and on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in mid season, but its opening was pending confirmation. The parks close on 3 November 2026 until spring.
