The INRE 2025 Property Fair was a great opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the latest developments in the sector and to forge important connections.

This event, held in the city of Poznań, brought together companies, investors and professionals from the property market in a space brimming with ideas, projects and opportunities.

Poznań: The perfect setting for the INRE 2025 Fair

The city of Poznań was chosen as the venue for this major property event. This vibrant Polish city, with its booming economy, proved to be the ideal place to connect with industry professionals.

From the very first day, it was clear that visitors were keen to explore new investment opportunities, particularly in markets such as Spain.

During the fair, many attendees showed keen interest in our beachfront developments in Oropesa del Mar/Cabanes, Castellón, Spain.

This interest allowed us to highlight the advantages of our fully furnished, decorated and equipped apartments, ready to move into, such as the Ciudad Jardín 4 building, the Sol y Mar apartments and the Amanecer building.

Trends that defined the INRE 2025 Fair: Sustainability and luxury on the rise

Two ideas clearly stood out during the event:

Sustainability: More and more investors are looking for properties that save energy, use eco-friendly materials or are designed to protect the environment.

Luxury homes: Interest in properties, particularly in tourist areas such as the Costa Azahar or Valencia, was evident.

We were struck by the fact that many visitors specifically enquired about projects combining modern design with energy efficiency – a clear indication of where the market is heading.

Our experience at the INRE 2025 Fair: What we experienced and learnt

Inseryal’s participation at the fair, organised by Marina d'Or, was a resounding success.

Here are some of the key aspects that made the difference:

A well-located stand that gave us visibility

Having our stand in one of the main aisles was a real success. This location allowed us to attract many visitors keen to find out about our developments.

Thanks to that visibility, we were able to connect with key figures in the sector, including investors interested in the Spanish market.

Valuable connections with international investors

During the event, we had the opportunity to speak with several investors from Poland and other European countries.

What caught their attention most were our beachfront property developments.

The advantage offered by ‘Inseryal’ by Marina d'Or – delivering apartments fully furnished, decorated and equipped, ready to move into – is a very attractive selling point.

The property market in Poland: A landscape brimming with opportunities

What surprised us most about the trip was the huge potential of the Polish property market, particularly in Poznań.

The city is growing rapidly, with many new projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Our experience at the trade fair confirmed that there is high demand for modern, efficient and high-quality developments, making Poland a very attractive destination for the property sector.

An experience well worth repeating

Our participation in the INRE 2025 property fair was a resounding success. Not only did we manage to raise awareness of our projects in Spain, but we also made some very valuable contacts that could open up new opportunities for us in the Polish and European markets.

Furthermore, learning about new trends in the sector – such as the rise of sustainability and the interest in luxury homes – gave us a better understanding of what investors are looking for today.

Without a doubt, taking part in this sort of fair is an excellent way to broaden horizons, gain visibility and build business relationships that can make all the difference.
