The Fallas 2025, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, will once again fill the streets of Valencia with fire, music and tradition from 1 to 19 March.

🔥 The Mascletàs
From 1 to 19 March, Valencia’s Plaza del Ayuntamiento comes alive with the roar of the Mascletàs at 2.00 pm. This fireworks display is a unique sensory experience.
🎭 Visit the Fallas monuments
More than 750 Fallas scattered throughout the city showcase their spectacular nature with structures reaching up to 20 metres in height. On the night of 19 March, during the Cremà, these works of art go up in flames, marking the end of the festival.
🌸 Flower Offering to the Virgin of the Forsaken
On 17 and 18 March, thousands of falleras and falleros bring flowers to Valencia’s patron saint in a moving procession through the city centre.
🍽️ Enjoy the local cuisine
The Fallas are the perfect time to savour traditional dishes such as Valencian paella, pumpkin fritters with hot chocolate, and the famous Agua de Valencia (a cocktail made with cava and orange juice).
🎶 Music and entertainment
Las Fallas wouldn’t be the same without the music in the streets, the brass bands, the free concerts and the nightly street parties throughout the city.
🔥 La Cremà: the grand finale
On 19 March, fire consumes everything at La Cremà, a spectacular event in which the Fallas monuments are set alight, bringing the festival to a spectacular close.

As well as the Fallas, in March 2025 you can also enjoy the Fiestas de la Magdalena in Castellón, just 20 minutes from Oropesa del Mar.
