The Marina d'Or spa (balneario) no longer goes by that name: since the resort reopened as Magic World it is the Pontiana Mediterranean Thalasso. Its outdoor area, Pontiana Sea, opened on 18 June 2026. Tickets cost from €26, are sold in two time slots, 11:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and are on sale until 3 November 2026. The indoor area, Pontiana Club, has tickets from €30 in the morning and €40 in the afternoon, but no dates on sale right now. What happened to the Marina d'Or spa?
Marina d'Or reopened on 31 May 2024 under a new brand, Magic World. The background is in Grupo Fuertes' purchase of Marina d'Or and in Marina d'Or is now Magic World. The old seawater spa has become a thalassotherapy centre with two areas:
- Pontiana Sea (outdoor): a large sheet of water with suspended jacuzzis, in the open air.
- Pontiana Club (indoor): a thermal circuit with contrasting temperatures, jacuzzis, sensory showers, saunas and relaxation areas.

Is the spa open now?
- Outdoor area: yes. The official shop sells tickets every day until 3 November 2026. From December onwards there are no dates on sale for now.
- Indoor area: the tickets are listed in the shop, but today there are no days available.
Before you go, check the calendar in the official ticket shop: it has the final word.

- Children: in the outdoor area, under-4s (up to 48 months) go free with an adult. The indoor area is for ages 14 and over, at its own times.
- Date changes: until 23:59 the day before, twice at most.
Can you go without staying at the resort?
Yes, to the outdoor area. According to Magic World's FAQ, the visit for non-guests includes bathing and drinks at the snack bar, but not the buffet. Guests staying at the resort have the outdoor area included, and the indoor area comes with the Ultra All Inclusive board.
