Why are the seafront apartments here so affordable?
Because we sell what we build ourselves. There’s no estate agent in between, no bank recovering debt, no reseller standing between you and the apartment. You pay the developer’s direct price, with a new-build guarantee and the same team that has delivered more than 25,000 homes on this coast. -
Is Marina d’Or still active?
The area is very much alive. The spa is still open to the public, the seafront promenades, shops and restaurants run all year round, and urban planning keeps moving forward with new residential developments, ours included. What’s changing is the leisure offer, currently being renewed; the essential part, living by the sea with services nearby, hasn’t moved. -
Is it worth buying now?
When the apartment is delivered furnished, equipped, decorated and ready to move into, and the front line of the beach has shrunk to a handful of units, waiting has a cost. Every year that passes, Mediterranean prices rise and available stock falls. What you see today with immediate or near-term delivery won’t come back on the same terms. -
Can you live here all year round, or is this only for summer?
You can live here all year round. Mild winters, an open spa, supermarkets, pharmacies, a health centre, public transport to Castellón and Valencia, and a stable community of permanent residents. Summer does fill up, yes; the other nine months you enjoy in peace. -
Is it only for retirees?
Not at all. Families with children, young couples with their first second home, professionals working remotely by the sea and, of course, retirees who’ve chosen the coast all live side by side. Every block has a real mix of profiles and ages. -
How are the apartments delivered?
They are handed over fully furnished, equipped and decorated down to the last detail, as standard in some developments and with the Plus finish in others: kitchen with appliances, bathrooms with fittings, bedrooms with wardrobes and beds, living room with sofa, table, lamps and blinds. You arrive with your suitcase and stay to live. With the Standard finish you already have the fitted kitchen, air conditioning, blinds and lighting.
